Türkiye, Avrupa’ya 75 bin vagon ihraç edebilir
Demiryolu sektöründe son 10 yılda yüzde 100’lük büyümeye ulaşıldığını açıklayan Eskişehir Raylı Sistemler Kümelenmesi Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Ramazan Yanar, Turkey's 5 yıl içinde Avrupa’nın demiryolu araçları için üretim üssü olacağını söyledi. Yanar, Ukrayna- Rusya savaşı sonrasında demiryolu araçları ve alt komponentlerde Avrupa’dan Türkiye’ye çok ciddi talep olduğuna dikkat çeken Yanar,
“Avrupa standartlarıyla çalıştığımız için Avrupa’daki üretim boşluğunu çok hızlı bir şekilde doldurabiliriz. Ancak bu talebi karşılarken kalite problemi konusunda bir sıkıntı yaşamamalı, Türkiye’nin demiryolu araçları ve komponentleri imajına kesinlikle zarar vermeyecek bir yöntem ile üretim yapmalıyız.
Ülke olarak hep beraber demiryolu araçlar ve komponentleri konusunda bir strateji geliştirmemiz, teşvikler sağlamamız, ihracatçıları desteklememiz ve bir yol haritamızı belirlememiz lazım” diye konuştu.
300 bin vagon yenilenecek
Avrupa’da şu anda 500 bin yük vagonu bulunduğunu ve bunların en az 300 bininin yenileceği bilgisini veren Yanar, Türkiye’nin bu ihtiyacın yüzde 25’ini karşılayabileceğini vurguladı. Yanar, “Bu vagonların yenilenmesi ihracatımızı artırmak için çok ciddi bir potansiyel anlamına geliyor.
Ülke olarak sahip olduğumuz yüksek yetkinlikteki otomotiv, makine üretim ve metal işleme altyapımızı demiryolu sektörüne adapte ederek bunu başarabiliriz. Bu dönüşümü çok hızlı bir şekilde sağlayabilecek imkânlarımızın olduğunu düşünüyorum” dedi.
Yüzyıllık bilgi birikimi, modern altyapısı, yetişmiş insangücü ve zengin yan sanayisi ile Eskişehir’in demiryolu sektöründe en avantajlı şehirlerin başında geldiğini kaydeden Yanar, Bunun temelinin geçmişi uzun yıllar öncesine dayanan TÜLOMSAŞ (bugünkü TÜRASAŞ Eskişehir Bölge Müdürlüğü) ile atıldığını söyledi.
Yanar, “TÜLOMSAŞ dünyanın sayılı yatırımlarından biri. Dünyada bu tesise eşdeğer lokomotif ve vagon üreten tesis sayısı en fazla 5 tanedir. Müthiş bir kapasitesi olan, ciddi tezgâhları olan çok kıymetli bir yatırım. TÜLOMSAŞ’ın bölge müdürlüğü düzeyinde TÜRASAŞ’a (Türkiye Raylı Sistemler Araçları Sanayi A.Ş) bağlanmasıyla tesisin verimliliğinin artırılması hedeflenmişti ancak henüz kuruluş tamamlanamadı. Umutla TÜRASAŞ’ın organizasyonu tamamlamasını bekliyoruz” dedi.
Uraysim’in başka kentte yapılması çok ciddi maliyet oluşturur
Türkiye’nin en önemli projelerinden biri olan Uraysim (Uluslararası Raylı Sistemler Test ve Araştırma Merkezi) hakkında açıklamalarda bulunan Ramazan Yanar, bu projenin başka bir kentte yapılması durumunda çok ciddi bedel ödeneceği öngörüsünü paylaştı.
Eskişehir’de Uraysim tesislerine ait kamulaştırmanın yüzde 80’ninin tamamlandığını aktaran Yanar, “Bir mükemmeliyet merkezi olan Uraysim, demiryolu araçların test edilerek, sertifikalandırılarak ihraç edilmesini sağlayacak bir Ar-Ge ve test merkezinden oluşuyor. Kampüs inşaatının yapıldığı 700 dönümlük alanın yanı sıra 80 km çapındaki test yolunda üretilen araçlara yol testleri, sızdırmazlık testi ve gürültü testi gibi testleri yapılacaktı. Önemli mesafe kat edilen bu proje maalesef tamamlanamadı” diye konuştu.
“Tamamlanırsa dünyaya teknoloji ihraç ederiz”
Eskişehir’in sivil toplum örgütlerinin, seçilmiş ve atanmış kişilerinin tamamının birlikte hareket edip, kol kola girip bu projeyi yaptırması gerektiğini söyleyen Yanar, “Anadolu Üniversitesi burada kampüs inşaatını bitirdi. Şehirdeki 3 üniversitenin 40 akademisyen hocası bu projede yer almak üzere Avrupa’da doktora yaptılar.
Tüm demiryolu sektörü güç birliği yaparak bu projenin tamamlanmasını sağlamalıyız. Böylece test ve sertifikasyonu uluslararası standartlarda akredite edilmiş, insan kaynağının 3 üniversiteden beslendiği, etrafında kümelenmiş üretim üstleri ile dünyaya teknoloji ve araç ihraç eden bir bölge haline geliriz. Aksi halde 10 yıl daha beklemek durumunda kalırız” dedi
